We live in a World of Patterns

We live in a world of patterns. Nature is for me a polyphonic symphony of structures and patterns found in the seen and invisible world. Forms found in nature have a beauty of a mathematical formal order.  My creative works bear a relation to the natural world and the structures and patterns found in natural forms. The repetition of similar forms are a concept of infinity in mathematics.

My works are geometric. Geometry is a clear universal language. It is a silent vocabulary of nature and reveals the seen and hidden structures and patterns in our universe. The elements of geometry that I include in my art are points, lines, planes and angles. Similar shapes are repeated to create a rhythm of nature. It is also a concept of infinity. My use of color hightens the visual  impact.

My paintings and sculptures show the concept of infinity. My paintings are composed on a Euclidean, flat, plane. My mosaic wall sculptures are on a Hyperbolic negtive curvture of space where the cioncept of infinity in contained within the circumference.
