My perception of contemporary world and its affairs is through the impressions I make out of the
memories and thoughts I had in the past. Its source of energy is definitely the cultural canvas
interwoven with history, stories and myths of my village. I am taken from a state of consciousness to an
unreal state of mind when images come out of the visual journey I pass through. Sometimes I wonder
whether it is real in itself. Those uncertain states of mind may be the sources of my creative enterprises.
I present socially relevant subjects as myths are narrated or as stills from the scenes of childhood plays.
