Corridors of Time, Books of History (3)
by Matlhogonolo Katlego Matlhaku

Description:

This is an image of a male figure blowing on a horn. The figure is placed against a dark background. The drawing is executed on handmade snuff paper with snuff tobacco, charcoal and acrylic paint. The male figure blowing on a horn is significant of the calling my ancestors have for me. The use of snuff tobacco is a means of trying to establish a connection with my ancestors and getting a deeper understanding of the calling they have for me.
