The artwork depicts a woman that is carrying two babies on her back and front, a bag on her head, walking across a city skyline. The artwork is a narrative of the city dwellers, reflecting on the arrival in the city, their settlement and the daily movements to make ends meet. The city skyline shows reflective impression of itself to symbolize the beginning of a further investigation. The baby is a symbol of the future; the baby is looking backward, looking at the past life as a point of reference of not turning a blind eye of the past teachings because of the developments. The woman carrying the baby is also moving forward to show the flexibility of adapting to the new journey.
