This artwork shows a single little blue Kingfisher perched on the edge of a twig, he had been sunning himself after a dive into the water to capture a small fish to eat and as such seemed to have puppy dog eyes. The light reflecting off his turquoise blue feathers just shimmered. It is seeing birds in small moments like this, in nature that is so refreshing to one's life.
